Dosing & handling
1. Prepare
Disperse the powder into water at 0.1–0.5 % with gentle mixing (below about 300 rpm) to avoid lumps and chain damage.
2. Age
Allow 30–60 minutes to dissolve fully, then dilute to about 0.025–0.1 % at the dosing point. Use the solution fresh.
3. Dose
Typical starting range: 0.5–5 mg/L for wastewater clarification, or 2–6 kg per tonne of dry solids for light sludges. Fine-tune with a jar test.
4. Store
Keep bags sealed, cool and dry. Spilled powder is very slippery when wet, so sweep up dry.
